Challenge:
Create a strategy for Bellwether Community Credit Union to elevate brand presence and
grow market share.
Solution:
We first made brand refinements to colors, fonts, tone of voice and positioning. We introduced a brand architecture to accommodate the expansion of the brand portfolio over time. During the brand strategy development process, we demonstrated how the Bellwether brand will specifically evolve over a three year period. An integrated marketing communications strategy was created to guide tactics including TV, radio, print ads, special events, digital media, and public relations. Our recommendations included a detailed media plan with pulsing to improve advertising and brand recall.
