If you decided to do nothing but consume all available forms of content for one straight week, what would that look like? The average time adults in the U.S. spend consuming media – from cable TV to streaming radio to print (yes, people still read print!) – comes out to 94.5 hours each week. That’s a little more than half the hours in a week.

We’re pretty sure anyone who spends nearly 100 hours a week would be setting some sort of record. So, what real records could you set using that time? Well, we dipped into the Guinness Book of World records to find out.
