Edgehill, a luxury senior living community in Stamford, CT, wanted to re-engage high-interest prospects who had toured but not yet committed. EVR helped create an exclusive VIP mailer experience paired with a special on-site ballet event to inspire prospects to return to the community and deepen their connection.

Strategic Approach

We centered the campaign on an exclusive invitation to the Connecticut Ballet’s Alice in Wonderland performance at Edgehill, followed by a cocktail hour.

Targeting affluent seniors and adult children interested in culture and quality, we crafted a high-end, whimsical mailed invitation and gift to generate excitement and create an emotional connection.
