After 15 years in marketing and communications, Carolanne has mastered the art of blending strategy with creativity. Whether she’s leading a team, crafting a killer digital campaign or diving deep into digital media trends, her customer-first mindset and collaborative spirit shine through. She believes in the power of innovation, strong partnerships and empowering her team to think big.

Carolanne’s journey started with a BA from Rivier University and an MA in integrated marketing communications from Emerson College. Along the way, she’s picked up specialties in social media marketing, content creation and digital advertising, always looking for new ways to connect brands with their audiences.

When she’s not driving marketing success, Carolanne volunteers for Bridges, a nonprofit agency dedicated to helping victims and survivors of domestic and sexual violence. She also enjoys winding down with mystery novels, sewing bespoke clothing and quilts, running marathons and swimming—because why choose just one hobby? She calls Milford, New Hampshire, home, where she lives with her husband and stepdaughter.
