Kelly knew she was destined for a career in advertising when, as a child, she chose to watch infomercials and not cartoons like other kids her age. Shortly after graduating from college, she found herself in advertising sales. While Kelly loved being able to tap into her creative side and use the skills she acquired from her degree in communications and public relations, it didn’t take long before she realized she wanted to be on the buying side of advertising. Once she made that transition, she never looked back.
Kelly has worked in marketing on both the client and agency sides, with much of her experience coming from the healthcare and nonprofit industries. She enjoys building and maintaining relationships with sales reps and using her negotiating skills to ensure clients are using their budget efficiently and effectively to reach their target audience. While she understands the importance and benefits of digital marketing, Kelly holds a special place in her heart for all things traditional—she loves to talk avails, column inches, rate cards and DMAs.
A native northern New Yorker, Kelly lived in Denver and Baltimore before making New Hampshire her home. She appreciates all things New England, except the cold. However, if dressed appropriately and the weather is perfect, she loves skiing (but still prefers the powder out west).
When she’s not researching, planning or executing media buys, you can find Kelly spending time with her husband and three children, most likely at some type of youth sports game or dance recital. To clear her mind, she practices yoga and takes her dog on long walks while listening to audiobooks.
