Board service reflects the agency’s commitment to community, strategy and service.
Manchester, NH—For more than 35 years, EVR Advertising has partnered with organizations in Senior Living, Healthcare, Health & Human Services and regional business sectors across New Hampshire and beyond—helping mission-driven brands grow with clarity, creativity and measurable results.
That same commitment extends beyond client work. Today, EVR leaders serve on nonprofit boards across the Granite State, bringing strategic insight, marketing expertise and leadership to organizations that strengthen individuals, families and communities.
“As a New Hampshire-founded agency, community involvement has always been part of our DNA,” said Mackenzie Fraser, Senior Vice President at EVR. “We’ve always believed that strong organizations build strong communities. Serving on boards and giving back is a natural extension of who we are.”
Leadership That Makes an Impact
Board service allows EVR team members to apply their expertise in meaningful ways—strengthening governance and communications while bringing a marketing lens to the table. Through strategic thinking, brand insight and audience-first messaging, they help nonprofits elevate their visibility, deepen engagement and build momentum for long-term impact.
The Moore Center

As Vice Chair and Chair-Elect, Fraser brings strategic marketing expertise and a disciplined, forward-thinking approach to board leadership—supporting long-term planning, visibility and organizational growth.
Her connection to The Moore Center is also deeply personal. Fraser’s twins, born very prematurely, received early intervention services through the organization to help ensure they met critical developmental milestones.
“When you’ve seen firsthand the impact an organization can have on your own family, it changes you,” said Fraser. “Serving on the board is my way of giving back to a team that supported us during one of the most important chapters of our lives.”

Friends of Aine Center for Grieving Children & Families

A founding board member, Wallace brings a history of the organization along with creative vision and marketing strategy expertise to help plan for growth. Her long-standing commitment to youth initiatives reflects her dedication to helping children thrive.
“I had the privilege of knowing Aine as a dear family friend,” said Wallace. “Helping create a legacy for Aine by supporting other children is an honor.”

Media Power Youth
Elyse Ruback, EVR Content Director—Media Power Youth, Board Member
Media Power Youth provides young people, parents, educators and communities with curricula, training and workshops to build media literacy knowledge and critical-thinking skills to navigate our media-rich world.
Ruback brings expertise in content strategy, creative direction, video production and SEO to help advise the Manchester non-profit, serving as Vice Chair.
“Media literacy is one of the most important skills young people can have today,” said Ruback. “If I can use my experience to help empower the next generation, that’s time well spent.”

Bridges: Domestic & Sexual Violence Support
Carolanne Taylor, EVR Sr. Digital Marketing Manager—Bridges, Vice President
Bridges provides advocacy, prevention education and support services to survivors of domestic and sexual violence in Greater Nashua.
With more than 15 years of experience in digital strategy and media planning, Taylor brings a data-driven mindset and meticulous attention to detail to the board, supporting fundraising and long-term growth initiatives. “When strategy and purpose come together, you can create real, measurable change,” said Taylor. “Using my marketing experience to support families in our community is incredibly meaningful.”

Extending Our Impact Through Client Partnerships
Board leadership is one part of EVR’s nonprofit commitments. The agency also partners with mission-driven organizations, including Easterseals NH & VT, Friends of Aine, The Friends Program and Granite State Children’s Alliance, among others.
“Community-based organizations are solving complex challenges,” said Pete Ricci, Senior Vice President at EVR Advertising. “Our role is to listen first—to understand their mission and the audiences they serve—and then help them clearly articulate what makes them different. When messaging is aligned and authentic, it strengthens fundraising, recruitment and community trust.”
Through integrated strategy, creative storytelling and data-driven media planning, EVR helps nonprofit partners stand out while staying true to their purpose.
Rooted in Purpose
Ultimately, EVR’s community involvement reflects a simple belief: when organizations grow stronger, communities do too.
“At EVR, we don’t separate our work from our community,” said Ricci. “Whether we’re building a campaign or serving on a board, the goal is the same—to help organizations thrive so they can focus on serving people.”
