EVR Advertising Enters New Chapter as Leadership Duo Mackenzie Fraser and Pete Ricci Acquire Agency

EVR Advertising

MANCHESTER, N.H. — Marking 35 years of creative excellence and strategic communication, EVR Advertising is turning the page on its next chapter. The award-winning agency has officially been acquired from former CEO, President and Owner Jeff Eisenberg by its longtime leadership pair, Pete Ricci and Mackenzie Fraser.

Specializing in Senior Living, Health and Human Services and marketing for clients across New Hampshire and Beyond, EVR delivers integrated strategy, bold creative and data-driven results for regional and national brands. Under the new ownership structure, Mackenzie Fraser serves as President, Partner, leading client service, business development and strategic growth of the agency, while Pete Ricci serves as Chief Creative Officer, Partner, directing the agency’s creative vision and strategic execution.

Pioneering Women-Led Local Business Ownership in New Hampshire

The acquisition transitions EVR to direct employee ownership and marks a significant milestone in the agency’s history: a return to women-led, local business ownership. Originally founded in 1990 as Vital & Ryze Advertising by Terry Vital, EVR returns to female agency leadership at a time when less than 1% of advertising agencies across the country are owned by women.

Having spent a combined 30-plus years building their careers at EVR, Fraser and Ricci bring deep institutional knowledge, strong local roots and a shared dedication to guiding the agency’s future.

“I could not be more proud and confident in Mackenzie and Pete as they step into these leadership roles,” said outgoing CEO and Owner Jeff Eisenberg. “They are both purposeful, strategic leaders who embrace challenges and step forward when it matters most. Both have

invested deeply in EVR, and I am confident they are the right leaders to guide our clients, our team and the agency into the future.”

Preserving Local Jobs and High-Touch Strategy in an AI-Driven Landscape

As the marketing industry continues to evolve with automation and artificial intelligence, EVR’s new ownership maintains the agency’s focus on human-driven strategy, creativity and strong client relationships. EVR’s longtime team will remain based at 155 Dow Street in Manchester, providing continuity for clients and preserving the experience and institutional knowledge that have shaped the agency’s work.

“EVR’s strength has always been its people and deep roots in the community,” said Mackenzie Fraser, President. “I’m passionate about building an agency culture that balances professional excellence with genuine work-life balance. In a fast-changing, AI-driven landscape, having an experienced, long-term local team that delivers authentic strategy and high-touch service is what truly sets our work and our clients apart.”

President Mackenzie Fraser Drives Business Strategy and Client Growth

Mackenzie Fraser joined EVR in 2018 after establishing a strong foundation in sports marketing with Saint Anselm College and the Manchester Monarchs. A University of New Hampshire graduate with dual degrees in Business Administration and Sports Studies, Fraser joined EVR as an account executive with a clear, long-term vision of business ownership. Over her tenure, she rapidly rose through the ranks by taking on complex client challenges and driving organizational growth.

As President & Partner, Fraser is dedicated to setting a strong example for working parents and advancing women in leadership and marketing roles, while leading EVR’s growth across its core sectors.

Chief Creative Officer Pete Ricci Champions Data-Driven Creative Vision

Chief Creative Officer & Partner Pete Ricci brings decades of creative mastery, strategic growth and agency history to the ownership group. Having risen through the ranks at EVR, Ricci’s journey reflects a steady career progression shaped by hands-on creative execution, digital strategy and leadership.

An alumnus of Keene State College and the Art Institute of Pittsburgh, Ricci has guided EVR’s creative direction through seismic industry evolutions since before Eisenberg purchased the agency in 2009. As CCO, he leads EVR’s creative team in blending compelling visual storytelling with measurable performance, ensuring every idea is backed by data.

“This transition is a natural evolution built on years of learning, growing and building alongside Jeff, our team and our clients,” says Ricci. “While the technology and pace of marketing continue to accelerate, our commitment remains rooted in human creativity and measurable results—creating an environment where our local team can innovate, grow and thrive for years to come.”
